How much harder is the TFDC to break in than the regular dry? And is it true that TFDC has a longer yoke than the TFD?

    Nice thread btw :D

I think they are the same cut. I haven't heard anything different.

I used to think that the comforts took longer for fading, but now I'm not sure.

I have seen some great pics of the comforts after some wear. I like the streaky look, and the indigo stitching.

In my opinion, I would say they are comparable to each other, but the dry stretch might be a bit faster fading.

I'd say TFDC is Dry Comfort. The Dry Coated would be DIC (Dry Indigo Coated) DBC (Dry Black Coated) etc...

slim jim sizing and thin finn sizing are exactly the same. Coated denim runs half a size bigger and has a bigger leg opening by 1cm in the same size as a regular dry....

I didn't know that.. That's good info, cause I think they might be my next nudies.

    Levi's 511 = Thin Finns?

I have some slim jims size 32 x 32 in dry and they aren't as tight as I would've hoped. I am a big fan of the 511 cut from levi's and I was wondering if thin finns are a more comparable fit to the 511's than the jims are? Thanks for the helppp!!

Yes the thin finns would be closest to the 511 because they both have a skinny taper. The slim jims are more of a slim straight tube leg. Hope that helps.
