How's the stretch on the Grim Tim!

can anyone tell how much does the dry dirt organic tim stretch ?
they are pretty stiff,but i expect some give in the waist area after a couple of wears ...

They'll stretch out a good inch for you. It won't take long.

I want to size down and I tried a size 30, which is almost too tight, but after the stretch i'll be fine
But how much do the shrink after the wash? if they go down to a 29, I know i won't be able to wear them
