Maybe a pair of Ooe Yofukuten made of Momotaro denim (if it is still to buy).
Maybe 01 or 02 cut, will see that after I got the World Tour pants

first I have to source the denim. I know that they used to sell denim rolls at the Shibuya store. Have to find out what denim it really is.
Or does Momotaro uses the same denim on all of their jeans?

Don't think so. The most common denim is the 15,7 oz zimbabwe cotton. But I read somewhere, on sufu I suppose, that there was a natural dyed gold label jeans, that was worn for seven years and didn't show any signs of fading. I saw a pic of huge rolls with Momotaro selvage denim for sale somewhere in Japan. I guess you meant that?

Yes I meant exactly that. I guess that was their standard 15,7oz denim which I fancy. Hopefully the unsanforized one they used on your Vintage Label one.
Maybe they sell it directly through their webshop but I haven't found it there.
I could ask the German retailers about it.

The best solution would be to find someone in Japan to send it directly inside Japan to Ooe.

    Thanks in advance!

Ooe route didn't work. Or in other words: it would be too difficult and expensive (well that's just a guess).

    So:
    Warehouse
    Fullcount

to complete the Osaka 5 ;-)
    (not that serious)

    Hey Tilmann,

Fullcount and Warehouse are my favorites too, as I wrote in the Dry Selvage Line thread. What about a 15.5 oz BIG Fullcount?
How much would the OOE be or is it impossible to get the Momotaro denim?

Mine would be some Samurais (no detailled choice yet), some APC's. Both preferably 2nd hand, I guess.

And I was awestruck with the 32 oz. Naked&Famous I saw at the bread&butter trade show, jeans that literally stand up by themselves. I kid you not, that's really 32 oz. Don't know whether I'd really enjoy them, but sure would love to try.

Momotaro denim can only be bought directly at the shops. And Ryo&Hiro won't/can't buy it if I understood them correctly.

Those are leftovers from the Fullcount contest, right?

I think if I buy jeans from those brands, it shall be their flagship models or pretty "normal" cuts, which represent the company

I guess so. To me, it's more interesting than the normal 13,5 oz denim, but if you're going for flagship models, of course not appropriate. Where would you consider buying the FC or WH?

    13,7oz ;-)
I think I would buy the FC from Yuichi and the WH...maybe from their own webshop or clever-id

Right now, there's PBJ XX-004 and 007, SugarCane Hawaii, and Ironhearts on my list. I'm considering trying my own black overdye on a pair of other jeans as well, considering the Ironheart ones are so expensive and limited.

so we still want to see pics of your S510XX24oz-L ;-)

I still don't get the TSL D51XX or D62XX out of my mind. If only the sizing information about these wouldn't be rare and rumors about a shitty fit in general.

B_F, you had to invoke the name of the Osaka 5! I actually want the Osaka "6" T-shirt released by Samurai (which a guy at NIDA was wearing. Picked them up somewhere overseas, didn't even know about the back history behind it). The Osaka 5 isn't even the original members anymore, with Denime being bought out by WEGO.

My list is also based on the Osaka 5:

SDA 103 (or basically any jean with the "1" denim eg. 101). Recently sold my original white tab 103 because it was too big. Getting it's replacement soon.

Resolute by Hayashi (founder of Denime). Since I missed out on the original XX, will have to pick up a pair of these, when they become available.

Evisu No. 1 2000. It's the No. 1 denim. nuff said.

    Fullcount 1108/1101.

I have a pair of Warehouse 1000XX (in the original cut, not the new 700/800 they released later).
