^^ weren't you keen on the 55 for the cultizm comp? i remember a few of us were thinking about it but they were sold out at the time. you should def do that one- there are so many better 66s around these days (every second cut seems to be a 66 ) than the LVC anyway.

Do you have a link? Afaik the japanese made LVC's are a lot slimmer. For the 2010 US stock I'm fine with a 32/36 or maybe a 31/36...

@davety: Yeah, of course but they were outa stock last year. As most of us addicts I'm always looking for something special and you, I really like LVC's. I love all my pairs and the 66 prewash is a beauty ;-)

yeah that's kinda true. the '50s and '66s cuts seem to be the most popular cuts around the repro-community.

    Wow…tripple post :-D

After selling 3 pairs of denim (and hopefully one more to come) there are some
pairs which come to my mind.

The pair I really want at this time seems impossible to get: Samurai S0510XX-10SP

Besides that there are 2 pairs I like but I’m not sure about them:

Skull S5000XX: it’s said that the new denim is inferior
TSL D62XX: nice denim but it’s hard time to size them correctly and I’ve heard that all the cuts of TSL are very non-flattering

    3th: dunno yet ;-)...

    it is.
the texture of the denim is great (from the pics), 14.5oz green line selvage,
it's only the fit I'm a bit afraid.
maybe I just have to bite the bullet :-D

I asked kiya which one of the S5000XX and TSL D62XX he would suggest. He sells them both for the same price so I expect a fair opinion

yeah but I don't see how they are 'extra' as most pairs have rivets on the coinpockets anyhow ;-)
