So many options, down, wool, denim, canvas, gore-tex, a combo for all, layering...the options are huge. Are you going for the full weather protection or more for the stylish side.
Personally i'll go with a Canada Goose, i already own a Chilliwack 2 years ago with the best results. Here in Holland the winter can be harsh and my jacket kept me tosty. This coming winter i'll rock a CG Expedition as a birthday present, what is your choice?

^ Nice! I've been looking for a nice peacoat.

In the meantime though, I'm probably just gonna layer sweaters, hoodies, some black jackets that I have.

I'm going to rock a TOJ bomber jacket this winter. The jacket will probably arrive within two weeks. I'm thrilled already :)

You got a new bomber? That great, man. What color, what leather?

I'm waiting for the details on the new duffle, I might could want one for winter...

Other than that, I will be wearing CG constable parka as well I'm sure....

For this fall I am using a Tumi T-tech jacket, it is actually waterproof, and really nice. I may use it for part of the winter but personally it is too short, but I will give it a chance I also don't know if it is warm enough. I do use a Burton Gore tex jacket though, but I don't know what I was thinking, it is the ugliest shade of green.

I'm rocking out with a TOJ pea coat. Its baller. (original edition, custom red lining).

Insane value for the price, fit couldn't be better.

I wear the same jacket for four years now and don't intend to buy a new one. Maybe if something nice crosses my way, but I'm not seeking for a replacement.

I've found a CG Expedition for almost the half the retail price here in Europe. Here in Holland they are not so popular like in UK , dus you can stay warm and toasty without the risk to look as a db ;)

Awww man, should have gotten the brown... A classic color for bombers, but the black ones are nice too off course. You got the shearling as well?

Yup shearling is included as well! It was a sample pair with oblique pockets so I didn't had the choice to pick a color but black always works for me. The price was just too good to let it pass.

Really dig it. Good price with the AUD/USD at the moment too.

Reckon i should pull the trigger? Similar alternatives? I'm looking for something that won't become dated quickly; a 'classic' styled piece.
