Because what is the point of having a Nutella lid in your jeans? It would be uncomfortable, and it makes useless fades that don't reflect your life.

Wallets, phones, zippos - these are things you use every day. Nutella lid? lame.

Just live in your jeans man - stop thinking about it.

Who cares it is a Nutella lid, i just needed a circled object because i was interested in the way it would fade in my front pocket. I mean, you see a lot of pics with people having circle fades in their backpockets, just because they think it looks cool. Besides it isn't that uncomfortable and i personally like the fade. And sure, you may not like it, but you can also express that in an more friendly way you know, because clothing etc. is a personal taste and matter.

Mr. Brinkles has a point that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and to belittle someone or just plain insult them is uncalled for.

Yet I cannot help but agree with Zac, believing myself that the entire point of dry denim is to impress your own personality, habits and beliefs upon your clothing, so that in looking at your jeans a person can gain some insight, no matter how brief or cursory, into your lifestyle.

To purposely create a fade with a foreign object of no intrinsic use or reflection of your daily life, strikes me as false and inherently against the idea of dry denim in the first place.

In fact, I believe the hostile reaction to your idea Mr. Brinkles is because it seems a concession to fashion, draped in superficiality and ephemerality as all fashion trends are.

This is of course simply my opinion, and since Mr. Brinkles paid for his denim, let him do what he likes with it.

On the contrary, alot of those circles a from a snus can - chewing tobacco. Admittedly, some people just want the circle fade - but I don't think thats cool either. If I chewed snus, I might have a snus can in my back pocket if I used it every day.

I use a phone every day, and it lives in my pocket. Not because it makes fades.

Just a newb trying to be cool with us, don't worry.

Anchor, you mean? Haha, a whole lot of people have no idea what it is. When I enter clubs, the bouncers normally stopped me thinking that I am possessing a weapon.
