Great fit and a nice pair of Finns.
How is the sizing compared to your other Finns and how much did you size down?
These will be my pair of Finns.

i use to wear size 25 finns, uber tight, so i upped on this pair and they are perfect, size 26, they are more stretchy, a more shiny kinda blue tone, but i have to say this are abit thicker then the dry stretch

    Nice fit man.
I totally agree with you, I've got the TFDS and tried these on the other day. Definitely size up from the TFDS and feel a lot thicker.

I actually sized down on these as they are more stretchy, 3% spandex vs 2% in dry stretch. I found them to be considerably more stretchy than the TFDS, especially in the waist.

The fit looks great! Of course, you could have 2" cut away, but to my experience, chainstitching id no must. it is nice and may help roping fades, but I've also seen roping on sibngle stitched hems.

Nah, I never cuff so the chain stitching is a non issue for me and as far as roping is concerned, I haven't really seen any evidence that it helps roping at all. Just that the chain stitch is more "flexible" to the shrinking and stretching nature of the denim.

    Hi all,

I just got my red wing 8131 classic moc boots today.

I thought of pairing with jeans, but i never really like the idea of tucking jeans into boots(looks weird imo).

I am currently wearing nudie TF Recycle dry power.

Do you think i can pull it off with this fit?

I have those same boots and they're awesome! Red Wings are narrow so they look fine with skinny jeans. Haters don't know what they're talking about. I'm not a big fan of tucking the jeans into boots, though.

im wearing the tlj version right now. and they are a bitch to fade. the back pocket swong fades basically from blue to white. It dosent seem to transistion to like a light electric blue, light blue, to white. It just blue and then white. They are just as hard to fade as the tfodee but the small places that have faded so far the color looks really pretty.

I am not too fond of boots & skinny jeans, but your combination is wearable. Plz NEVER tuck in jeans to Red Wings, that's a horrible anachronism.
