So I've decided that I wanna get these jeans but unsure of what size I should get. I went over to the denim store the other day to try them on. I asked for a 29 but they only had 30 left and it was kinda surprised that it was loose. I think I could fit into a 28 nicely. So I was wondering if I should get a size 27 or 28? My waist is 78.5cm/31inch and I want my jeans to be pretty tight. Thanks guys! Any help would be appreciated! :)

Take the smallest one mate!...It wills stretch out later....i can assure you!...grab mine few weeks ago...its quite tight at first but then it fit me just nice now after they have stretch out.....its better to start with the most tightest one....well i mean if you want that kind of fit who looks a bit skinny....and then i grab TLJDBC....freaking tight ever...has been critics by most people here as my tight are quite big...:D....but then i just simply give it a go....and i think it do stretch out now and fit me nicely...just the way i want it to be...i dont like it to be too loosee....im glad on the facts i dint go return it...:)

    ^ Don't listen to this guy. :p

If your true waist is a 31, definitely do not get a 27. You MIGHT be alright with a 28 if you think you can fit into them, but just be aware that Finns really do not stretch that much at all (I would recommend a 29).

I'm with you guys on this depending on how you want your fit, in this cut and fabric type 1 down size is more than enough, but hay that's just my opinion! I got my TFODEE true to size and they are sweet, maybe a little give/stretch but nothing you carnt live with so then when the eventual wash comes they will shrink back a bit so it's all good.

Thanks for the replies and advice but like what I said, I tried on 30 and It was pretty loose. The person working there told me that it was loose for me as well. I think I'll listen to aie_crawlers advice and get a 28. :)

Yeah mate...way to go....you wont dissapointed....trust me.....im not a denim vateran like him....but i got lots experience in denim...maybe i dont reallu into all those high premium denim like momotaro, flathead or etc. But i do try other brand like aprill 77, cheap monday, lee skinny jeans label and ofcourse nudie.....most of my jeans i buy it on sale and it always hard to get my true to waist size...before this i never know about we need to size down as jeans will stretch out later....after some experience yeah i agreed, it do stetch a lot man....even the tightest one will become looosee....well thats for me....i dont how about other people mate....i like it tight, so i dont really care whether it stretch a lot or not....in fact, i prefer if it dont stretch much too.....:) if you like it tight, you wont regret to get 28 mate....! post some fit pics later...:D

Yeah, definitely let us know how it works out. No one ever seems to agree on sizing around here. ;-)

Oh come on, what's with all of the hate towards washing lately? If your not gonna answer the damn question, don't post...

Anyway, Nudies are sanforized, so a cold wash really won't shrink them much at all. My SJDOEEs were fine after the first wash - they may have shrunk a tiny bit, but nothing major.

I've had my pair for a month and worn them for maybe half that time (rotating with my Grims). They still look brand new!

In comparison to the GTDDO they hold their shape a lot better (barely any stretching) but don't appear to fade easily (granted I'm just beginning this pair).

Looking forward to wearing these down a bit.

Washed my TFOEE for the first time after 19 months of no wash or soak. I'm glad I did, the fresh smell is worth it alone! They were ridiculously tight when I put them on but i've stretched them back to normal over the past couple days.

Yes, pictures! I'd be keen to see how they've aged after 19months.

If my TFDS fit me nice in 28, should I go for the same size in TFOEE ?
I heard they where a lil bit more tight ?
