Your hem is thrashed! What kind of shoes you use? My hem doesn't touch the ground even if I use chucks (the low ones!).

Are you guys able to put your hands into the pockets?
If I am lucky I can force my left hand into the pocket but then my right has to stay out :p

I don't have that issue, size is the problem I think...
tho, if you had a lot.4 dj-501xx with the original pocket shape, then you would know how hard it is to get your hands into your pockets

I had another pair that got like this and i did nothing to it and it got waaaayyyy worse, so it looked really bad after a while. the whole hem fell off almost. i dont think cuffing them looks good, especially when ripped like that.

With theese jeans i have mostly worn DC skate shoes. Mostly because of the big leg opening, so they would not drag so much on the ground but some did, plus when inside and not wearing shoes i step and they drag.
How is it possible to wear chucks with theese and not let them draag or step on them. i do that all the time if i use my chucks with them.
i wear Vans No Skool 2 nowdays with them..

    yes.
it is a little tight but not so much. i remember it was much tighter when they were new. but with some washes and wear they are fine now.
BUT my Flathead 1001 is another story, cant put my hand in the pocket without hurting it.. its a hella tight squeez....lol

I have the 15 oz, my hems don't drag at all... Not sure if the opening is the same as the 14 oz though.

Check out the website here: http://denim-junkie.com/ and I think you can actually just email DJ about it. I hear he's very helpful.

I kinda' want a pair of Horseriders, but I bet they won't get made again..

Yeah, DJ's for sure! Though, they are quite a bit different cutwise, 501XX and Dukes, that is.

I can't wait for the Unions to come... I feel like change is coming with them, moving to more relaxed state of mind... :)

I'm looking forward to seeing some fitpics of the unions, dj's fitpics up untill now aren't that representative I think, the look a bit oversized on him, as did the sample of his dj-501xx...
later he sized down, I'm wondering if he'll do the same on the unions...

what bothers me with those Union pants are the back pockets; they look huge, reminds me of those jeans rappers like to wear (which imo are awful)
