seemed like a good 40 or so people joined the contest when it started. would be nice to see some updates from a few non-regular posters either here or on sufu. i'm sure with Edmond being friends with Benny and Take5, he would keep us updated. last i heard was Lightning or the new owners of Denime were gonna judged. we'll see i guess...

I wear my Denimes frequently, last update is a few weeks ago...:) It's always the same with contests. Not much action after the half time period.

color is less bright irl, but contrast is on point.

    toot-toooot! niiice tracks, Atzec.

the fades are becoming subtle, but sublime__ nothing drastic or hurried up about them, everything seem time factored & deliberate. the usual earmark of prime "vintage" potential, imo. well played tvshooter & Atzec.... & happy trails to the remaining devotees. in the end, we get what we deserved.

My threads didn't snapped like yours did around the pocket area but mine has definitely loosened and came out. I really like the roping effect you have on your pair and can only wish mine turned out like yours in the future.

Anyway, where did you get your belt from?

SugarCane belt...you can get it nearly everywhere. I think Dr.House bought it from mil-mil.net

Yep. And this belt is a statement in quality. The Denimes turned after this year into a real 32 x 33.5" (measured 34 x 35 when I get 'em). They fit absolutely perfect.

The belt or the jean pricewise? I'm sure you're talking about the belt. Yeah, they're cheap compared to other products...If you'd like to see a real crzy roping you've gotta see my Cler-hemmed SDA203's :) Uh, and thanks guys. I love 'em really!

Edit: my Denimes were hemmed by take5, I guess that's the reason for the massive roping.

Hehe, which one will win? ;-) The colour isn't 100%true, I've said before. I always use my tripod and shoot the pics in our dressing room with long shutter speeds, maybe this changes the colour. Or do you talk about the similar whiskers?

Edit: I'm always surprised again about the massive leg twist on both legs of my 47's...

think he was talking about the forms of the whiskers and creasing around the knees, because the fade of the denim itself is quite different, isn´t it?

^Yeah, absolutely different. But hey, both look like my pairs, real unique. That's what it's all about! Nedless to say that my other pairs develope similar whiskers

Both look very great. Good wear and washing Stefan!!! Washed my FH the second time today. Both of your jawnz are role models for achieving "vintage fades"...

Thanks buddy! Yeah, they don't have those sharp, high contrast creases like long worn Nudies e.g., but I like the 'used-washed-used-washed' look a lot.
