I am interested in which exercises you guys take? I go to the gym 2-3 times a week, do pullups and have a run from time to time.

2 times training and 1 game per week.

Used to play team handball but my schedule wouldn't allow it anymore.
And if I wouldn't have got so lazy lately I also used to go jogging

I go to the gym 3 times a week, go swimming once a week and play soccer once a week (both at the hospital I work at). Sometimes I ride my bike on the weekend, but unfortunately I don't do much more freeriding, as I don't live near any kind of mountain. So that's just on holidays or when I visit my parents. In winter I go climbing from time to time, I really like that and have to get better there. Hiking is cool on holidays, too.

Don't know how to manage all this, though, as I'm working.

 I never had these issues, as I'm skinny anyway, although I do a lot of sports. Iggy Pop-like, you know what I mean

speaking of sports and workouts, is drinking gatorade or powerade or whatever advisable after an intense training full of sweat? they are supposed to refuel our body that lost a lot water and salt but is it really necessary? i am not into those drinks usually, i always drink water, before-during-after, then chocolate milk usually or protein shake. so what do you think?

I use to drink water most of the time. when i was riding a whole day in the bikepark I loved to drink Red bull, to stay focused on the descends. Unless you did a marathon I doubt that you NEED gatorade and stuff, but it won't harm you.

In fact, in germany many advice alcohol-free beer (Weizen) as isotonic drink...

yepp. Weissbier is very tasty after a long run. But, I prefer water mixed with applejuice. Perfect sports drink imo...

I'm a big water guy myself. I used to drink a lot of Gatorade, but I dunno, it doesn't appeal to me anymore...
