I'll do one from skinny to baggy:

    - High Kai
    - Tight Long John
    - Tube Kelly
    - Thin Finn
    - Grim Tim
    - Slim Jim
    - Slacker Jack (bootcut leg, top as Jim)
    - Average Joe
    - Big Bengt (tighter leg, but baggier seat as Joe)
    - Regular Alf (top silimar to AJ, but bootcut leg)
    - Easy Emil
    - Fast Freddy

Does Straight Sven go before Average Joe or between Average Joe and Big Bengt ?

I think they are more like the AJ. Even Steven was more tapered like the Big Bengt

received it today. It seems like a size 30 in Straight Svens's thigh/knee/leg opening is bigger than a Average Joe in 31 by 0.5 inch through out
