Wow, you of all people digging up an old thread. ;)

I just said that because that is where they were made. If you did that as a JP reference, then yes, I agree with you.

What is the deal with revolve? I actually got a coupon (email) they sent me for $100 off any $200+ purchase. I thought, hey, I'll but some SJDJ (exactly $200 on the site) and then they hit me with "the discount cannot be used on Nudie, True Religion...blah blah." It kind of pissed me off since I buy a ton of stuff from there

Is 70 a good price for Slim Jims?

IF so, you can find them for this price on NOT Addicted Casual Clothing at http://www.not-addicted.co.uk.

Also, you can use the discount code that I posted in the online sale thread for an extra 10% off!

They've got loads of sizes and they ship abroad too for very good prices!

    Hope this helps.

so, im thinking about getting aged organic jims.. my last pair of jeans were a thin finn in a size 28 (im usually a size 29, but i sized down as advised).. they fit, but i had lots of button stretch and my hip bones were a little chaffed at the end of the day... whats worse, they pretty much looked like girl jeans in the back due to the tightness, so im wondering if i would be better off just getting my normal 29s in slim jim dry organics? i keep hearing the tops of jims and finns are the same, and i dont want these things to be butt/hip huggers. will sizing up one make a nice difference, or will i still end up with a claustrophobic ass?

Hip chafing is never good, go with 29s.

Depends, all DBC denim is 2% elastine. Dry black denim on jims is 100% cotton.

I remember reading somewhere on this forum that someone got a pair of the SJDB and they were 98% just like the finns. Maybe they did a batch with the stretch denim?

Yeah, I remember those as well. They were 100% also.

Maybe they just use up denim that they have left over if they need more production or if they run out?

I think they would have just been rare samples that would have eventually got passed around. It could be anything really. Damn nudie and their inconsistency:!:

I meant the dry black denim, the pair with the contrast stitching. Its 100% cotton? Sweet. Is cultizm the cheapest place to get these? they are like 139 there i think

edit: also, i want a slim but not super tight fit. My true waist is probably closer to 30 than 29, but i usually buy 29s in other nudies. SJ runs .5" big, correct?

Ok, if its only the SJDBC, then I'm definitely going with size 30 to avoid making a complete sausage out of my muscular thighs.

has anyone found a difference in fit between the wash of slim jims?
like does a slim jim dry stretch less than say a slim jim dry greycast?

You would be the same size in all dry slim jims, they not that different. I would assume the greycast stretchesa little less than the regular drys but its really depends how you wear them and how often you wash/soak.

    nudie sz 28 measurement

to those who owns a pair of sz 28 slim ji,

just got myself a pair of sz 30 sjdj on tobi, however, adding to my disappointment having burn a big hole in my pocket, they are too big for me. i then went for a try out to find that a sz 28 fit me best. anyone out there cld post the true measurement of a sz 28 sj would be very much appreciated so that i cld have mine tailored into a 28.
    thanks!
