hello guys, I have just bought one pair of new Grim Tim Nudie, and it is REALLY skinny... I wear levis like w28 or 29 and that turn out just good, I also wear Evisu, w30, which is really fit. And this Nudie is w29, i can barely wear them, especially my shanks that really hurt. Soooooooo tight... Can anyone tell me what should I do? Thank you!!!

Sounds like we're much the same size but different shapes, if you're talking 501's when you say Levis(?). I recently bought a pair of Grim Tims (W27) too and they were really tight, but once I got them done up I didn't feel uncomfortable at all (well, there was a moment by the self-service checkout at Sainsbury's when certain parts of me... but generally... :) ). So a bit surprised that you are finding nudies coming up small!

You don't cycle more than I do do you?

I'm sure if there's pain involved they're too tight and you need to get something that fits, or a different model. Others with more experience of nudies will be able to help, or to contradict me.

What are do you mean by shanks? Last time I came across that word was in a poem by Shakespeare.

My leg from the knee to the ankle was really tight, and my upper leg too... I wear Levis 511 and 501, they are all W28 and 505 is W29.

I really do not go cycle that much, but I play basketball.

I can't help thinking they look better on you than mine do on me. Mine were tight on the hip, but not tight on the calves. If you look at my pics http://mynudies.com/gallery/showimage.php?i=11806&c=6 you'll see what I mean. That said, maybe yours are tighter than mine in general? My 501s are STF...

I can't really say, as while the salesman in the nudies Soho shop told me the jeans will stretch on the legs (which is why I went for the ones I bought and not the next size up), I'm still working on my Levis at present and so nudies have been worn for all of 4 hours - i.e. two walks around the town and sitting down for coffee twice. In that time, they did ease off a bit, but I can neither confirm nor contradict the advice I was given.

That said, comment by others on this site was that my jeans did look a little tight, but 'as long as they are comfortable'... but yours aren't.

Looking at the pictures you provided, the jeans are defiantly to tight, especially around your seat. Unless you really want that tight look, if I was you I would look at the steady Eddie range, which has a slightly fuller taped leg.

Looking at the pictures you provided, the jeans are defiantly to tight, especially around your seat (they undercut) & your calfs. With wear you'll get some give but not enough. If I was you I would look at the steady Eddie range, which has a slightly fuller taped leg. Remember looking good in jeans is more likely to occurs if you feel comfortable in them. I personally hate to feel my cloths. If you know what I mean?
