Though I don't like the ES, in my opinion organic cotton is a supreme idea. It's useful to help to keep our nature clean but if Nudie mean it seriously they just should make all their jeans with organic cotton.

Maybe there isn't a big enough crop for that.

"Our denim producers are ahead on developing organic denim, both out of 100% organic cotton and as blended yarn, where they blend in organic cotton into the normal production. Every step of the production follows detailed and accurate rules that makes it organic denim. The cotton comes from organic production, and the spinning, dyeing and finishing of the yarn is also carried out according to ecological procedures. Making use of ecological stuff, like potato starch and pre-reduced indigo, any kind of chemical stuff is excluded from the schedule of operation, in order to respect these principles to 100%."

From the Nudie site. Let us hope in future more jeans will be made this way. I would agree to pay a little more for this.

the funny thing is that the es is cheaper in organic, at least in sydney it is.. 215 compared to 260 (the one with blue stitch)..

I wonder why the organic is cheaper than the other ES dry models?

Picked these ESDOs from Context in Madison this afternoon, and I couldn't be happier with the fit. It's a great alternative to my much more traditionally-fitting Samurais. The pictures (including the ubiquitous running-from-the-camera action shot) are from the WAYWT thread on SuperFuture, but I thought others would like to see them as well. For reference, I'm 6'2", 175lbs, and they're size 30x34. I wear a 31x34 in Svens and Ralfs, and these seem to be a little roomier in the seat than the Svens, tighter in the thighs than the Ralfs, and tighter through the calves than both.

    nice fit.

Although the hem is bigger than the knee it looks like it won't be noticeable at all. Which is GREAT!

I wear a 29 in Thin Finns and they it seems that they are now a bit too tight for my liking after 3 months ( guess ive put on some muscle due to tennis )

Would you suggest me to get the same size 29 or a 28?

    thanks!
