If you have a question about sizing of a certain cut, and you have at least one reference point (size of a pair of jeans you already own) ask here.

    For example:

    If I'm a size 27 in RRDS, I'm a size ___ in TFDSS.

    If I'm a size 28 in LVC 47, I'm a size ___ in RRDS.
    and so on.

While the help I've found on this forum is great and members do an awesome job of helping others out, I always thought a dedicated thread regarding sizing and sizing help was needed.

If a mod deems this thread redundant/useless feel free to delete. Thanks

Great. I was told by many to size down 1 because the SJDBC are larger than other Nudies. I am normally a 31 and the 30s were impossible. I keep getting conflicting advise on sizing. Many people have said to size down because they stretch but more people have said buy your actual size because the elastane prevents stretching. Dejan from Cultizm definitely recommended I buy the size that fits best from the get go rather than sizing down.

I look forward to your results.

i know this prob aint the right spot but im searchin for a reply PLZ!

ok so i wear a 36/32 in lucky brands prewash jeans, now usually they stack a good amount even when i turn them up, i just ordered some RRDS's in 36/32 should that length be ok? obviously i can't tell how much they stack right now but i'm not really worried about them being really bunched up i just don't want some flood pants!

What size should I get? 26 vs 28

I got my first dry denim a few months ago, Thin Finns in a size 30. They ended up being a bit too big after stretching out, and I ended up not liking the cut as much as I would, I think TLJ will be more what I'm looking for.

I know I should size down to at least a 28 because that's what I would do now if I were to but Finns again (or any other raw). But I'm reading that these stretch even more than those... should I get a 26?

I'm nervous they won't fit, but I do like a nice tight fit. I have a good skinny pair of Cheap Mondays that fit me well with a 28 waist, so I'm leaning towards the 26 or 27. I'm about to just get a 26, I just don't want to have to send them back and all that and have to wait for different ones.

Any suggestions? By the way, I'm 5'10", about 135 pounds.

    ESOD vs SJDJ

So I bought a pair of Dry Ola's in size 29x34 a while ago and I ended up selling them because they never stretched out to where they were comfortable in the crotch or waist (2 months). Then I bought a pair of ESOD at a store because I could actually TRY THEM ON... and shazzam, they worked nicely, 31x34. I wore those for a little over 6 months and then the crotch ripped out. I'm waiting on a patch kit from Nudie to fix them up and in the meantime I washed them and they look nice. I want something a bit deeper blue and not quite as tapered so I was thinking SJDJ? I think those would look nice so was going to order a pair.... the question is:

What size? If a 29x34 Ola was too tight in the crotch/thighs/waist and a 31x34 ESOD was good (Tight in the waist/crotch/thighs at first, but then after a month or so they were pretty damn comfortable).... What Size in a SJDJ?

Quick help would be MUCH appreciated, I want to order Soon!

Length is fine, might be a bit too long but if I were you, I would've gotten a size or two down from your lucky brand size.. Did you try these on before you bought them?
