I think the mistake you are making is the following:

you think denimlovers should love ALL denim and you think this is a fashion forum...
while actually, denimlovers tend to love high quality denim and don't care that much about fashion trends and over the top pre-wash jeans that are made to look like they are worn in, but in fact don't even look anything like the real thing

so, yeah, sorry we are not fashion nerds, we are denimnerds, except for beau, he's becoming a real raf/rick/ann d goth ninja dude :p

Thx Tiro. I'm pretty sure you're right, but denimlovers love premium denim, dry or not. This is a question of (individual) style, not of fashion. And theres a big difference between prewashed and prewashed. And I'm sure that Nudie's doing a fine job with their prewashed models.

personally, I would have to say, Nudie's pre-washes aren't all that imho...

furthermore, they tend to use better denim in their dry models it seems, so premium denim to me, is dry denim...

All Nudies are imho made of turkish, italian, japanese or US-Fabrics. The cotton quality is all the same prewashed or dry (and growing organic), except the selvage models.
But the LAB-series offers also selvage denim pre-washed models. And I don't want to list the high end qualities of other brands like Replay, TR, or whatever. Anyway, most other brands I own are made of heavy weight selvage denim and they are, of course, pre-washed and pre-mium ;-)

Ebay, new or nearly new and for little money. And it's very more interesting than the bible. Great stuff and a lot to read!

Imo the only way to get the "naked truth" or the "bible" is to search patiently on ebay or to ask in shops...

The boss of the local men at work store here, hired me because of my knowledge and passion for nudie jeans. I worked in weekends in men at work as 'jeans specialist' (title that was given me), for more than 2 years and after a while she (my boss) suddenly said that there's a nudie book that they received from nudie jeans. She handed me the book with the words "if I ever need it back, you'll have to give it back".
Anyway when I got fired she never asked it back, so I still got it.. mohaha
    I'm pretty happy with it!
    (Sorry for the long story!)

Anyway I still see people asking for scans of the book..
I don't have a scanner, but I might be able to try to take pictures of every page and post them somewhere on this forum. Let me know where I can post them and maybe one day, they'll be there...

a 10 page thread, and we've only got 1 scanned page. So freakin ridiculous. A bunch of people bragging that they have one, but cant even say what the book actually consists of. Way to build hype and mystery guys!
