I usually size down to a 28 cause my nudies have always stretched alot. But I guess if was to get a comfortable size to begin with as I did with these, I'd get a 29. My true waist size is 30-31 depending on my form for the day. Btw love the leg twist on these.

does the sufu 660 use the same denim as the 1001xx? That memphis based cotton. Or is it the same denim as the 1000xx I owned the 1001xx once upon a time, nice enough denim just wished it had another cut.
so what is the basic difference in the 1000xx and 1001xx denim? just the cotton or also the weave? one thing I did notice, they are less dark then let's say Denime XX type...
Vertical fading looks sweet, off topic : I'm thinking of getting a pair of ES Blue Blacks, any idea of other Nudie models with vertical fading?
vertical fading looks intense and the buttons are meant to rust ;-) a question tho, with all this soaking, doesn't that mean less honeycomb action? I kinda noticed that in lightning magazine too, the jeans look real great, but alot of them look like they have alot more 'natural' fading and less 'sharp' fading going on, due to washing more regular I guess and because (another thing I noticed) most fits in the mag are quite loose
