I just bought myself a pair of the new LEVI'S 513 (size W29), low waist skinny legs and.. they look and feel great !!

Almost as tight over the legs as a TLJ or a Thin Finn, but much lower waist and yoke.. Great !

Anybody has tried them already ?

i just heard about these. i used to buy 511s (the first levis skinnys) back in the before nudie days. but they were still too big for me. :\ glad to see they are offering an alternative to all of us twigs out there.... but it more or less feels like they are just jumping on the skinny rocker trend. and a little late at it as well.

i also had a friend attempt to try one of these 513s on at a store and i dont think he could even fit his leg into it.

    513 vs 511

Yes, me too... besides my NUDIES (Slim Jims and Thin Finns plus one SSK, which I share with my girlfiend !) I have three LEVI'S 511s: one W29 and two W30) all in dry-blue-black finish which I enjoy very much. They all are now well-fitted and hug my body, they have not been washed since I bought them, about 6 months ago.

And, no question... the 513 is way tighter and narrower all over the legs... with a much lower yoke and waist, also the back-pockets are quite low.

If I would compare the 511 to the SLIM JIMs the 513 is more like the THIN FINN (or Tight Long John, but I never wore a TLJ, so I can't really judge), although it is not made from stretch denim (but from a very soft denim anyway).

I am lucky enough to get slim legs, therefore I have no problem to fit inside a W29 513, but I can imagine a guy with some stronger and heavier leags may have some difficulties to get in... unless he takes two size larger but, then, the jeans may not be as tight as desirable around the butt and crotch !

you really need skinny legs for the 513s I wear W30 in Thinn Finns but when it comes to the 513s I need W32-33, unfortunatley they fit a bit baggy on the ass then... but hey, its the best cut levis produced for years and i love em much more than TFs. I dont one the 513 but the similar 5001 from the Blue Star line, these with the leather watch pocket.

LEVI'S 513 Skinny Legs... are just GREAT !!

Juts to confirm what I said in my previous post: the new LEVI'S 513 "Skinny Legs" are nothing but GREAT !

My favorites everyday jeans were, until recently, my SLIM JIMs and my THIN FINN, then I bought two pairs of Levi's 511 "Rigid-black"... not bad at all, one is now quite faded, with creases and wrinckles all over the hot and right places. But, still, the 511 were not as low-waist 9and low-pockets) as the Thin Finn and not as slim and tight over the legs, even compared to SJ. A bit too high-waisted for me.

And then .. came the 513s

It looks like they have been tailored for my morphology: skinny legs ! They are very low- waisted, with very low back-pockets. I have two pairs now (last one bought Saturday): one "rigid-like" (W30) and one "crunched green" (w29), which is a very nice dark-dirty, slightly "greasy" greenish look. The denim is not really what I would call a genuine "dry", but still very stiff 12oz denim.

Yes, definitely, 513s are the greatest tight jeans taht LEVI'S has ever produced and their best product sinc years !

Sorry, I do not have yet any pics of my new 513s.

I have some 511s in a cool grey prewash. Nice and soft though they're not as tight anymore and I was sweating in them bad they just feel sticky inside so I'm actually gonna wash them this weekend, since I haven't since I bought them. I like how thin they are yet still loose as I don't really have twig legs they still look great.

STRETCH versio of the 511 available in Europe ?

I was told by another tight-jeans addict, on another forum, that he bought a pair of STRETCH Levi's 511 in the USA and, according to him, they are way skintighter than the regular 511s.

I have never seen any STRETCH 511 in any shop here in The Netherlands or in France... !!

Does anybody know whether the STRETCH version of the 511 (and possibly of the 513) is availble in Europe.

Apparently the 513 is not availble in the US, or it may be marketed there under the name "510 Super-Skinny", which looks similar to me.

How much would shipping to Holland from USA cost? If its not much, I can proxy some 511 stretch for you. Levis Chicago has them in black and i believe grey. Also on sale are the eco (organic cotton) 511s which are really nice and are a really cool blue. Let me know

I have to notice that the european and the us 511s are different cuts, europeans are more like slim jim and us ones are a bit skinnier down the knees like super slim kims...
Yesterday I received from the USA some very nice Levis Capital E "Stacked Skinnys" made of nice dry but soft Denim, anyone else got these, would like to see some fades pairs :)

My 511 (European) has narrower legs than the SJ and also a much lower rise. A totally different model. The legs are more like what you describe for the US version.

    NEW: Levi's 513 "Seasonal" edition , dry-stretch

Just to confirm that my favourite Jeans are currently my Levi's 513 "Skinny Legs"... sorry for NUDIES !

I had already two of them, one "rigid-blue" and one "crunched green" and, last Saturday, I bought two others in Amsterdam.

I went to the large LEVI'S STORE that is located on the second flooe of the big shopping center in the down part of the Kaalverstraat (a bit further down than the "Maison de la bonneterie" on the other side of the street, by the way it's not far from the DIESEL Flagship store as well).

My initial intention was, actually, to buy just another 513 "Crunched Green", because I love the slightly greenish-dirty-greasy look and, in fact, yes, I did buy one of those but I was happily surprised to see another 513 model (which was not featured on the LEVI'S Europe Web site) and this one look as a real dry jeans and, after touching the material it appeared that this was a dry-stretch denim !! Confirmed by the little label inside: 98% cotton, 2% elasthan. The legs seems also to be narrower than on other 513s.

In addition, the two back pockest are much lower and much larger than on other 513s and the two back-pockest are both fitted with nice zips. And they really fit snug around your butt, crotch and legs, great look !

The selling girl (charming by the way, with a beautiful butt in a skintight jeans, which I was not sure it was even a Levi's) told me that this is a special "Seasonal" release of the 513 "Skinny Leg" that will be on sale only for a limited period of time, kind of "Special Edition"...

I tried two (one W29 and one W30, both in length L34) and.... WOOOOW.... how GREAT they fit, skintight without squeezing you and the material really feel great: dry-denim in all its splendor (it looks a bit similar to the "grey-cast" of Nudie), I was also advice (by the sale-girl in tight jeans) to wear them at least 6 months before washing.

For my taste, they fit to me much better than the NUDIE Slim Jim or Thin Finn or the Tight Long John (by the way, I tried a Tight Lomg John at Men-at-Work in leiden and... I didn't like them at all !)

So, I will probably buy a second "Seasonal 513 Dry-stretch" while they are still available !

Sorry, I do not have any pics of me in my 513s yet.

I tried them on as well last week, and I agree with you, Patrick. They're great. I like the zippers on the back and the fact that the front pockets don't fit tightly on your body, but give ample room.
I'm a bit saturated I'm afraid (and my wallet is depleted), otherwise I'd have them now.

Sadly, I bought a pair of 511's a month or two ago, and I'm not wearing them. In order for them to be tight, I sized down (W30), but the waist is killing me now (it hardly stretches). Had I only known of the 513, and this one in particular...
