Thx. I bought them in new condition from mvb over at ih forum. Nope I will leave them like this. I like the turnups...
nice relaxed fit you have got going felix...i like it, though i would like to see you in a 33waist...just for comparison o/course ...
I think 34 is good (waistwise). But with his bodytype he could easily pull of a 666XHS for a slimmer look (if he wants to rock that)
^thought about that as well...but i think felix is acting like a real man now and not like a teen...time to cop denim which you want to wear in your thirties as well right
hahaha...so true :-D but you know, i´m trying to lose some weight AGAIN...going to start on monday
thx for your comments guys. I am not that thin as it looks with 189 cm and 84 kg... I bought the 634 with purpose of a relaxed straight fit. Didn´t want to size down because of the fitting in long sight. My skull 5010xx and FH1005, both became a little bit to snug last time. And I have a true waist of 35,5 inch. I love the fit and the garment as well. cardboard feeling allday long
^well done sir!... wondering how long it´s gonna take till you will wear your "old" pairs again...i´ve washed all of mine and folded them nicely into the closet as long as i´m wearing the 634s-raw you mean wednesday in 2013?...ok i´m cool with that ;-)
At work I will still wear my FH1005. We have got lots of oil fog in our production area. This requires to wash a pair of denim more frequently. The 634 will be my afterwork and weekend pair
i really like the fit! inspires me to get a pair, too. fairylicks, could you pls. compare it to the Average Joe fit? i think, the 634 is more low waist? thx in advance!
I have gat a 32 in ajds. And a 34 in these because I wanted a more relaxed fit. I would say that the 434 has a higher rise and isn´t tapered like aj...
And thx btw. I really recommend you that pair! Great pair, Felix, congrats on the purchase! I was wearing a 33 at DC4 (Being 186cm and somewhat 82-84 Kg, depending on my sports activity) and it felt just right but it also won't stretch as much as the 21 oz IH denim, so I might have felt safe with a 34 as well. The thing that I don't like as much on the 634 cut is that the leg opening gets very wide between sizes 32 and 34. 32 is perfect, 34 pretty wide. This causes the baggy look you got right now, but considering the breaking and moulding process, they will look awesome. The denim is so stiff, that you will need som months to form and shape it, especially when you wear it only occasionally. So, all will be good. Have fun with them!
Kapital Cisco [w/c is on "Indigo# 2"= darker indigo] is very much TTS, but thought i'd risk a SD1 since i'm in-between sizes nowadays. usually, i conservatively size to W33, but i found i could actually button up a W32 [ie, with slight difficulty on the top 2]. so i took the plunge, anticipating a decent stretch at the top block since they're O/W. notwithstanding, i did 1-hr warm soak when i got home last night just to get a bit of crisp back & some "comfort" stretch on the waistband by jamming a hanger against it [from soak to dry]. will post fit once i'm able to secure a new camera. meantime time here's some post soak measurements: Cisco tagged W32: w= 33.5, inseam= 33.5, f/rise= 10.5, b/rise= 14.5, u/t= 12.25 [from crotch] & 12 from 2" below crotch, kne= 9, l/o= 8 btw, they only got 2 pairs of W32 on Cisco, so better get a move on__ for the decided.
