Oh yeah, saw Food Inc some weeks ago, forgot about that. Pretty lame.
EDIT: just saw this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qjavOLdPk1c&feature=player_embedded What the hell
Weird and wonderful.
One of the best movies I've seen in a long time.
i agree inception is probably one of the best movies ive ever seen. ellen page made it even better:-D
I didn't know that Ellen Page was in the cast. Definitely a reason to see it, although I didn't intend to...
Can't wait for inception to start in germany.
^ that's odd. when i was a kid, movies would come out all around the world something like 6 months to a year earlier than here in australia- now we have simultaneous openings with the US. i always just assumed that everything opened everywhere at the same time nowadays.
not excited by the idea of inception, but i am very interested- i daresay i'll be seeing it sometime this week.
...hehe, no. But inception starts in a few days here. Yeah, outing myself, Leo turns into a great actor meanwhile imo so I'm keen to watch him (besides the female magnetism of Ellen Page :-D). I also like absurd stories. Shutter island was also great.
i'm no fan of ellen page by any means- i just wanted to slap her all the way through Juno. but the rest of the film looks promising :-D
why the hell do they a remake?
agreed.....actually i didnt like her in inception...
it just didnt work out....hoping that a more mature women play her part..
^ I actually thought she fit the part quite well. She was supposed to be a college architecture student, a more mature woman wouldn't really have worked imo.
I saw Taxi Driver yesterday, it was highly recommended by fairylicks. And he was right, great movie with a fascinating Robert DeNiro (well dressed, too). Although the quote on the DVD "most shocking end scene so far" must date back to the 70's...
Just saw this: really captivating and emotional touching!
Been to the movies twice this past month:
Thirst - Good, not as good as Oldboy (didn't expect it to be either)
The Expendables -A little dissapointing, still okay for a dumb action-flick.
Would you recommend The Expendables? Thinking that might be my next movie (after I see Inception one more time ).
Hmm naa, I think you should be able to find something better. But its not like Im saying you should avoid it. If you want to see it, go see it.
I'd love to see this movie, but I don't know any cinema that shows it and it's not yet available on dvd. Saw the trailer yesterday and it looks promising
