I hope I'm using the Misc. Question Thread appropriately. I know how angry everyone gets when when someone creates a new thread with a sizing question, but I live in Tallahassee, FL and I'm pretty sure there is no where I can go to try on a pair and after looking on here for over an hour I've done nothing but confuse myself.

I had a pair of 27x32 Super Slim Kims and wore them for about a year, but they were just too tight and I didn't like how the only pair of shoes I can wear with them were my chucks, so I gave them to my rock star brother.

I'm in desperate need of another pair of Nudie jeans, but I don't know what cut to get. I'm hoping someone here can give me their "expert" opinion. I'm 5'8 and maybe 110-115 (hence the 27x32 Super Slim Kims, haha). I like my jeans tight, but at the same time I want the leg opening to be big enough that I can wear a bulky shoe (e.g., Campers). I'm between the Bootcut Ola and the Straight Sven. Any input would be great. If you don't want to junk up this thread just PM message me. Thanks!

Ola is going to be the slimmest fit with a larger opening. The only problem with the sven is that it doesn't sound slim enough for your liking. Same goes for Ralfs. You can wear a bigger shoe with the ralfs, but they won't be as slim as the ola.

You should look through the Nudie Fit Guide on their website, see what suits you best.

What a pointless question to ask on a forum titled "mynudies".

The Finns, bro. If you have remorse in the end, you can always forcefully encourage some denim reconciliation. ;-)

i've come across a pair of nudie jeans with blue stitching at the back.

I'm pretty sure the ES aren't called Dry. Cos there are 3 ES: ORganic dry, normal dry and the dry with blue stitching whatever that's called.

    sweet thanks guys.

bit hard to find a pair though.

basically, i want a pair of dry denim, but nothing thats overtly nudie (ala orange sticthing).

i really want to buy from cultizm, as theyre super cheap...so i've been thinking about those wrangler ones they currently have. can anyone comment on those?

There are quite a few nudies without orange stitching.
AJ, SS and GT dry black selvedges. ES Dry Blue Black. TF Ultra Indigo Coated. SJ and TF Dry Black Coated. That's all I can think of atm.

I just checked my jeans. They are called "dry denim". It said it on the inside tag, and the one that comes attached to the waistband when they are new.

I guess it depends on what you are used to. They could be a heavier weight than your other jeans (if you own the ola or SJ dry, or any of the stretch ones)

Its stiff on account of starch, all jeans start that stiff. The starch makes it easier to sew, except prewashed jeans have the starched washed out when they are being treated, and raw jeans go straight from being stitched to you (basically)
