Hey if I buy a pair of LVC's from someone that's worn them for a month and there's no fading along the honeycombs, can I just iron them out so that I can have my own set in?

Of course. Iron them inside out to prevent the surface from getting shiny. If the folds don't go away completely you can use a damp cloth.

anyone can give me insight on the NON-LVC, Non Selvedge "Special edition 201", with braces???

sanforized or not? good fades or not? expected shrinkage???

thing is, i went to this outlet store and they had like 30 pairs of these in raw in several sizes, and the depth of the color is amazing. and they are selling them for 29.90 - they also have the matching jacket for 49€...

So, I bought a pair of LVC 1954 501Z XX jeans a few weeks ago and I'm in love. I love everything about them. So, I was on eBay and you know how it goes when you see an auction about to end and you jump on it without knowing what you're actually buying. These are the Levi's I bought:http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130741993799#ht_6788wt_1271

I'm pretty sure the only LVC 501Z's are the ones modeled after the 1954's but these have a different label than the ones I have. The label of the ones I have say 501Z XX and the ones I just bought on eBay just 501. Do you think they are 1954 501Zs with the wrong label? Also the inside logo that says "For over 135 years...." is not in the pair that I have in my possession. I'm very confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My best guess, after doing research while writing this, is that they're the 1967 505's with the wrong label. Right guess? Thanks in advance for any help.
