    back rise measurements?

my husband is looking into a new pair of jeans and likes the look (from online pics) of the straight sven and even steven/new ralf. he's looking for a pair of jeans that have a looser fit (already has skinnier jeans). i've been able to find front rise measurements, but what about the back rise? his current jeans are a 10" front rise, 15" back, and he'd like the new pair to fit similarly, esp in back. for reference, he's about 5'10"-11" and normally wears either a 31 or 32 in pants . . .

I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you mean color wise as far as blue, greenish, white, whatev. They get pretty light and are obviously pretty damn greencast. I think denimjunkie has some pretty cool pics on one of the ESOD threads.

What size of ES shall I get?!

Hi guys. I was thinking of picking up a second pair of nudie jeans as an off day / skating jean. I want to go skate'n but my Slim Jims are too tight to skate in (I will blow the crotch probably with the first ollie plus my leg movement/flexibility is horrible in slim jims.

So I want a loose/regular fit and ride my jeans low (yes I know that create crotch rips hahaha but ill repair it or patch it)

Preferablly not like as seen in the nudie fit guide (too regular/boring for me - might as well just rock my levi's )

    http://www.nudiejeans.com/fitguide#/Even_steven

    I want a look more like http://www.nudiejeans.com/fitguide#/regular_alf
    (But I hate bootcut jeans)

This is ideal (not me, ripped from Jeebo's gallery. Jeebo in a ESOD)

Riding defenitely low but not 'baggy' , loose would be a better word. So what size should I get?

This is me in a tagged 32X34 Slim Jim Broken Twill (30 days)
    I am 34.5" measured waist

What size for Even Stevens do you guys recommend?
I was thinking of getting true tag size (34) but then that's a 35" and if it stretches..gonan need a belt..but If i downsize..the legs and etc will be tight on me (I have big thighs too)

For my first pair of raw denim I'm going to get a pair of even steven organics but I'm so confused on sizing! I usually wear a 32/32 in regular jeans from the mall. These have been stretching out over time and the waist gets too big and the length is a little long on some pairs.

What sizing should I go with? 31/32? Or do I go 1 up for the inseam? please help I want to put an order in quick so I can start the process!

You should get a tape measurer and measure your true waist.

Raw Nudies run 1 size bigger than what it says on the tag .

So if you are a 32 waist, get a 31 - if you want a regular fit .
Upsize or downsize more if you want more of a fitted/loose fit.

For length, just get the 32" length - they will shorten if you wash em (like ALL jeans).
You can pull it out after you wash them to prevent this.

Need opinions on the fitment of these ESOD, is it too long?
sorry for the dirty room:( .. i don't wanna hem them because
they can't reproduce the hem stitching.

ES too low and short? bikes, etc

I got a pair of even stevens in dry blue, size 34x34. I have always really been a 35 length, but there is no such thing, which annoys me to no end. Anyways, they fit ok, they reach my shoes and there is a small break, I think I could use another half inch or so and it would be perfect. I can get 34x36 as well, but I am not much on cuffing my jeans and I'd like to avoid getting them hemmed or anything, so I'm not sure what to do. Do these stretch vertically at all? Is that a stupid question?

Other problem, I ride my bike all the time, the low yoke is great for a little extra room, but now Im a bit worried about ripping the crotch or just being generally uncomfortable biking. Anyone have any experience?

The won't stretch vertically, so i think buying a L36 and getting them hemmed is the best option. And your crotch is probably gonna rip. I also ride a bike everyday and all my pairs get crotch rips, even if the yoke isn't that low ;-)

I wore a Masa, which is basically an ES cut, and they weren't too comfortable to bike in. I didn't have very much room the thighs. And the crotch wore out pretty quick, needless to say.

what i would do is to patch your crotch as a whole and then just wear them.

Jackandcoke - that fit looks nice! What size/length are they and how tall are you?

Hey guys, I'm 5'11" tall and wear a 29 waist. Will 28/34s be about right if I don't plan on cuffing/hemming? I want to accommodate stretching and everything, I am thinking of buying the organic dry blue ones with orange stitching.

    Even Steven Green Wave

    Hey folks ;)
First of all my English is not as well^^
I´m from Germany and I´ve got still a Even Steven Rough Gold Dust Size 29 /32.It´s just a little bit to long, but as you know is the Even Steven at the legs thick so it doesn´t really matter. I really love it and so I decided to buy Even Steven Green Wave....The problem is the Jeans isn´t available in my preferred size 29.
Only in 28 /32 and 30 /30 so what should i do ? I think that 28 is too thick and when i would take the 30 /30 the lenght would be perfect but I´m afraid that the Jeans could be to "baggy"
    Thanks for replies :p
