    Thanks a lot all!
Offya, as I first said I think yours fit great. It is a kinda jeans that can be worn tight or loose on the hips!

I am not very convinced about the quality though.

haga, i just wanted to give them a try, uncuffed and cuffed. thats all. but i agree, cuffing looks better.

denimjunkie, why arent you convinced with the quality? lets not expect too much, but, they are OK jeans. :) imo, they feel like SJDJ, do you agree?

    lemmy, lildavid's 101b i think.

I dunno if they used the same denim in the original line and the golden label one, David had the originals, I think.
Where does this denim come from? Offya?

didn't david have the cowboy hair on hides? if that's the case, the gold label is not nearly comparable to the former.

i dont even know why they are called gold labels when our patch is made out of hair. if you go to LEE's thread, there's this guy wearing another version of our jeans. what are you gonna do with the hair patch? do you think it's gonna turn into brown one day? haha

There's some that are made in Poland and some MiJ. David's are MiJ. By Edwin, I think...

Different denim obviously, MiJ might have better construction. They do cost about double... I want some Lees in the future, but I'm confused by all their different lines as well. If I get some it will definitely be Lee Japan 1934 or 1937 101b.

You might want to read up on the Leepro thread on sufu...

Thanks Opeth. Unfortunately though I've had to retire a couple of pairs, vans and tfdbc, due to squats at the gym resulting in a more than anticipated increase in the thigh region; a win/lose situation I guess.

I'd like to see me put some more wear into the tfdbc though, so what do you guys think of the fit? Is it too tight? Note that I have not worn the dbc's yet so a little stretching would need to be accounted for. Any kind of criticism on the pair would be appreciated.

Well that pair is somewhat tight and even though they stretch your thighs will get bigger too if you keep on squatting! A win/loose situation as you said!
