tnx, guys. they'll be taking the backseat for now, but definitely will [still] wear them around. the indigo dye is just starting to breakdown ... it'd need another 4 mos of effective wear for them to be ballin' in their prime, IMO. srsly, fantastic denim.

I´d love to see pics of the jeans taken with the same cam/ under the same conditions. i really wonder, if haga´s and tv´s pairs are THAT different in color etc.
that´s why i think it´s good to send all the pairs to the judges at the end of a contest.

^true...also if you'd go on the page from BiG where all (?) the final pairs are listed then you see, that almost every single pair looks different in his blue-ish color. Strange somehow imo, so i guess the way of taking the final pictures can be a big difference in the end, if it comes to making final decisions...

I'd prefer #11 and Mr. HaGa' pair over the winning pair, but most of the jeans just look great. Nice contest, it made me think of getting a pair of 1108 or 1105 a while ago.

having the actual contender pairs judged in person would've been most ideal, of course. on this type of denim jeans [as with the Denime & Eternal], at least 2 year of normal wear is needed to get a [more] natural/unforced wear/fades, imo. what it came down to is the individual techniques on how to bring out the best overt result in such a short time.

edit: what i would like to see is a showdown on 2nd anniversary of the contest ;-):)
