Hey y'all. Does anyone own or have experience with fullcount?? As I'm sure everyone knows, I'm hunting for something LONG and BiG's measurements give a 37 inseam for a 34 waist, with a very nice 12 inch rise.

the thing i notice most about these jeans, is the extremely wide pocket placement they have, which IMO looks really really bad if you wear them low on the hips. Other than that the denim seems really unique and great otherwise.

edit: lol spelled wide as wise

yeah, other than having no personal experience with them, that would be the biggest drawback for me. and wider and those would be cargo pants. i checked ayn's blog from sufu, not too sure i'm loving 'em...

The pocket placement/size seems to be okay on smaller waist sizes but anything above 30 seemed to be real wide to me, its a good light weight denim though, good for summer since it has a nice soft hand to it.

well then let me quickly turn this thread into an open question as to recommendations, mr. bilmaga. i've read here and on sufu that different brands shrink differently, and i'm not too sure how much faith to put into that. i'm just looking for something that will be loose but without too much hip flair or baginess. beyond the length, a long-ish rise is important. i'm just getting tired of comparing number charts - it's driving me insane!

anyway, i like the fit of my SD-103's but the crotch is still a bit tight when i sit down, and that is turning me against them. i liked the fit of the 103s more than the 101s, and liked Oni's blue better than red, again, more fitted than baggy styles. like the detailing on sammies, but BiG gives only an 11" front rise for a 32-33 waist 500-vx. any thoughts people?

well.... you pretty much blew most of my choices out of the water. I didn't know that rise was also the issue. I figured it was just inseam.

yeah, i hate to be so picky about it, but i want to find something that doesn't slide up my legs to form a seal around the thighs and crotch when i sit. i really love the way the 103s fit when standing/walking, but they leave little to the imagination when seated, unless i yank em down before sitting, which i did for the pic in the sda thread.. i think i'll just have to get one of those baggier types that i mentioned and have it hang a little loose when not sitting.

Yeah, alot of my jeans slide up when I sit, so I know what you mean. But inseam isn't an issue for me, so I have one less thing to worry about  .

But as far as the slide, it does that with alot of my slimmer cuts. I pull them down when I sit as well. But I also have pairs with alot of stacking, which seems to help (sorry to rub it in  )

Just got a pair of Fullcount 105NA (had to hunt around for this thread, it's been a while since it's been used). I missed out on the 15th anniversary greencast jeans, though now I'm glad I did, because I had the money to get these ones. The natural indigo is really nice, very subtle multi-hue streaking that makes the jean more blue-grey than dark blue. Very rich colour, that doesn't look easy to fade. These are going in the closet until next year. Just got them now, so I don't miss out. Really good for the price I got them for (about the same price as a pair of SDA D01s, and the denim is nicer imo). They also came with a really nice catalogue of FCs different cuts as well as some nice pics of the production process.

Very nice pair. I want to buy some Fullcount eventually, but it'll have to wait. Do you mind listing all the jeans you have? You must have quite a collection by now.

great choice, i really love the natural indigo color they make. i would of got them only if they were cheaper.
would be a perfect pair for the summer.
are you gonna remove the stitching on the pockets? make it levis?

hey rob, is the picture in the booklet the same pair you got? seems like a nice cut...
I'm with slab, no reason to mess up the stitching

Too many and not enough. I don't have as many as Edmond, though. I made a list on sufu, and ended up having a lot of idiots tell me I'm not a real enthusiast because all my jeans look too new. Let's just say I've got a lot, and only a small number gets posted here. Bilmaga's the man you want to talk to if you've got any questions though. His collection is legendary.

These cost as much as a pair of KMW 1980, and the natural indigo on these kill the KMWs. And they're much cheaper than the SC natural indigos. Same price as a pair of SDA D01. I like the pocket stitching. I would have been less inclined to buy them if they had straight levi replica arcs.

The picture shows the 1108. The booklet has fit pics of every jean in the collection, including their ladies line. The model is wearing them sized up though. Most of the people on sufu wear the 1108s sized down. the 105 is supposed to be FC's most relaxed cut, but it's still pretty fitted in raw form (more than I expected anyway).

FCs have gotten a lot of good rep for being very well made. Very high quality construction, on par with Real McCoy and I have to agree. These are my first pair of FCs and I'll tell you now, these won't be the last.

    fullcount 1108-15

just got these in the mail this morning, kinda late for class but i had to share.
these are the 15th anniversary model of 1108, tight-straight model.
the main difference from the usual model is that it has yellow patch, yellow doughnut buttons, and
the color of the denim(very greenish). the guy at the store told me these fade faster then their usual ones
    but lets see.

i could only get the one-wash model cuz fullcount is so famous here, they had the last set of stock
for the 15th models out last week, and sold out in like an hour.
i havent tryed them on yet, i hope they fit.

IJ, when will u be wearing yours? im planning to start wearing this after the skull contest. it would be cool if we could get this thread going w our fading reports.

Neji san, any pics of the chainstiching and selvage? This might sound like a silly question, but in Fullcounts line-up, which jeans come close to a Nudie AJ type fit? I can't really tell from the website, the 1953s or the 1108s? How did you size yours? Suimasen onegaishimasu.
