Damn, French and Uruguay ended with a draw. Was expecting the French to win this one.

Haha, didn't wanna watch this game. As long as Domenech is still the coach, I refuse to support them!
There is promotion at Carrefour (French supermarket) - When you purchase a LCD/LED TV, it can be free if France win this World Cup.....it will be an unrealistic dream for me

Saturday will be interesting, England vs USA, Argentina vs Nigeria.
    Yeah, yeah, MESSI!

so we haven´t seen any good match so far. england was very disappointing, argentinia showed some potential but they haven´t been convincing.

germany´s first match tonight. show us some fine soccer, boys!

^^ we have got many Germans and Australians here in mynudies :)
I miss Ballack...Joachim will have some thinking to do. Australia can be a threatening team if they play well tonite. I predict a Germany win but not by big margin.

*I have a game at later, Singapore vs France hahah....fun!

Singapore won't make it to the World Cup in my lifetime, or maybe, eternity. But wait, Singapore buys athletes, not breeds them, so maybe there's a chance.

Why did Pim Verbeek played Tim Cahill as a lone Striker against Germany? This made him frustrated, which lead to him making a silly tackle which got him sent off.

It could be part of Pim's master plan. Get Tim sent off so he can rest for 1 game. Loose against Germany and win against Ghana and Serbia. Although, I don't think this will happen - only time will tell.

he is. hoped for him to score as well, hopefully in the next match.
it´s crazy that all our players are playing for german bundesliga clubs, since ballack is injured.

i really hope podolski will play a great worldcup an get a chance to leave köln. he has potential for playing world class, but not with this team...

lahm and müller played an amazing game.
khedira and schweinsteiger did very well together.
friedrich, mertesacker an badstuber were ok, too. but they can do better. (badstuber´s pass on özil before the last goal was good, though)

    can´t wait till friday.
