    Jesus Christ, I said for days i would put money on this, then when Im at the shop placing the bets i change my mind, and put it on Spain winning after the penalties. ****.

    IMO the germans did play quite artful, too. At least, compared to a decade ago.

    ^IMO the spanish play quite effective, but not very artful.

    anyways, they were the better team yesterday, of course. our team didn´t have any balls and was missing inspiration...

    sad that we had to play w/o müller. looking forward the european championship in two years :)

    as I said before, but I am still looking forward the final on sunday... hope that oranje will do it.

    I think they were unsettled by the possession the Spanish had Germany will be back big time with that young team. I think the way the Spaniards run with the ball and keep possession is artful but I really admire the German counter-attack play. Just didn't work out for them yesterday.

    dayum, this was a very nice chance by kroos... hurts a little bit to see it again. Think that our team will improve alot. Maybe there will be a third match against spain 2012 at the ec...

    Some interesting facts about the final between Holland and Spain.
    Coincidentally, the Dutch who are famous for their 'Total Football' are now against the Spainish who are somewhat influence by the 'Total Football'.
    All this come about because of a man, Johan Cruff, a great influence for Ajax and Barcelona. Looking at the players, we can see many of them are schooled from these two famous academies.
    It should be interesting to watch the same style playing against in WC finals.

    spain = barcelona (&real madrid)...6 players from barca and 3 from real madrid were in spains starting team. just incredible...barca is my favourite team so i think i will scream for spain on sunday :)
