I think they look like a nice relaxed fit, and rather like them. The wash does leave something to be desired, but I'm hopeful that the raw versions will be good. Perhaps I'll buy a Nudie yet.

I'm a fan of that fit, but the wash is just horrid.

I do like the non-contrast stitching on the Fast Freedys and Easy Emils.

Can't wait to try them on!

If anybody does before me, please let me know if they fit oversized or true to size in the waist!

The cinch back is the strap on the back of the jeans if you look at the picture.

Before belts, you would tighten the waist by cinching the back of the jeans together and locking it in the buckle.

    Hope that made sense:oops:

Heh. I was going to ask if they strap on the back served a purpose or not, I guess I don't have to now.

I just saw the "catwalk" thing on asos.com, and after watching that, I'm concerned that Nudie may have made the pockets a little slim on the back...

Doesn't that cinch make it impossible to wear a belt?

Indeed, they're definitely going for the full on vintage look...

As for wearing a belt, I think I've seen people re-do the cinch behind the loop, or just cut it off (on various LVC models).

cultizm and zoovillage now have the FF Dry Organic. Seems like it fits true to size...

    Cinches and Belt Loops

My thoughts exactly. It looks a tad odd to have them run together like that. From a design perspective, they could've either lowered the cinch or removed the belt loop option completely.

As BlueOctoberFan mentioned, simply re-doing the cinch beneath the belt loop as an option would add extra bulk if a belt were then laced on top of all that. Seems as if it would be a bit uncomfortable.

I don't know....I would've considered all the "problems" before I released this model. But then again, perhaps this is precisely the way it was intended to be.

It's definitely true to form for the vintage vibe (I assume) they were going for. If you look at any of the older LVC models, all of the cinch-backs go over the belt loop.

edit: And from what little I can see in the zoovillage pics, it looks like Nudie has advanced by leaps and bounds for the organic denim.

    I've ordered it

    Hallo!
I've ordered a fast freddy in 28/36 on the nudie homepage!!
Okay what can I say: It's super long!!! And it doesn't fit true to size it's really oversized!!!
Usually 28 is very tight for me, but this jeans is really low! Maybe I should soak it,....
My hope is that they make the lab freddy in a smaller size than the organic one!
So my advice to you is, buy them 2 or 3 sizes smaller than your normal waistsize!! Size down!!!!!!
I'll try to upload photos soon.
    cheers

Pics please! From what I heard it should be true to size... Its an regular waist fit with with an oversized/baggy leg.. This is waht the peaple told me, and Dejan from Cultizm gave me some measurements. Another guy from Cultizm tried it for me and from what he wrote me it should also be regular in the waist... But not the leg!
