    Eu genes

I have been given a gift of a pair of EU GENES, they have silver gulls on both pocket, and buttons and studs are detailed. But the garment does not say evisu at all on it, is this a fake or likely to be so?

    Hi,

I am having trouble the indentified my Evisu authenticy. The seller guaranteed it 100% original. But the inside rivets is blank. No evisu stamp or original cobra what so ever. Just blank copper rivet. But the outside rivets has evisu stamp on it. The jeans is made in Macau. So is it authentic?

What would you pay for these evisu or fake evisu?
im pretty sure they're fake. Some of the stitchings looks dodgy but the denim feels quite thick.
i also noticed the seagull is stitched and not painted.[IMG]

Some evo shots of my gulls. They started to crack really early what annoyed me a first but now I like it.

A lot of chipped off paint

I like how the stitching of the half lined back pocktes gets visible

no where, BiG doesn't carry them anymore.
Take5 carries them and some Rakuten shops but the fastest way with handpainted arcs is a proxy and buying from evisu.jp

Thanks, missed my chance again, at least this is not as bad as Denim Junkie. I guess I'll postpone this, since Evisu is a big brand and the things I want (Type 2 jacket and No.1 2000) are classic models.

I noticed that my want list is made up of older models of different brands. Now, I guess need to prioritize which is more endangered.

No you don't missed it. Buying Evisu No.1 from their main site with a proxy is very common. And they won't stop producing it. But you are indeed late as they were on sale because of the earthquake/tsunami and nearly cost 10,000 Yen some months ago

I can get Evisu but I can't get the No.1/No.0 with blank pockets or painted arcs of other colors.

They don't ship out of Japan and I am not really familiar with the proxy as I have never used them before.

I guess I would have to go there (since it's one country I wish to visit) or hope for some online store to carry them again.
