Could someone help me with finding a site to go and find evisu jeans at? I kind of want the raw versions.

    Evisu

You can get Evisu jeans (European version) cheap from Hong Kong (D Mop shop or their official shop) during the sales period where prices may be reduced by 50%.

HiHi People here =D I'm new to Evisu, Jus got to know it in this recent month, and i fell in love with Evisu, deep in love =D So i recently jus purchase a pair of Evisu =D Felt super happy..Wohooo! =D HEhe., But after i purchasing it, i kept it in my cupboard for a while, ahha cant bear to use it =X But now i've decided to wear it =D But behind it, it as a white label below the leather tag..hmm any idea how can i give it a clean cut, which does not leave strand of tag or, about 1,2mm of tag behind? Because at the edge of the tag, where the white tag is sew with the leather tag. I have no confident of removing the tag =X:roll:

Hi all ... I just bought evisu no.1 lot 2000 few days ago. I soaked it with cold water for around 2 hours.shrink and fading colour i got .

I want to ask that , is that okay to wash my evisu ? also could someone tell me how to create a model to my evisu .. is it works just like to dry nudie ??

6 month - 1 year wear with no wash ?

    thanks ...

of course you can wash them right away to get all the shrinake out. Evisu No.1 denim shrinks a lot and will do with the first few washes.
You dont have to obey that "rule". It may be necessary for Nudies but not for good dyed denim like Evisu uses. So wash whenever you think it's necessary.

    Thanks Bro ..

I bought evisu no.1 size 36 , then I was shrinked it for around two hours , now probably the size is around 33-34 , maybe a month or 2 month later I"ll wash it by machine wash with hot temprature around 40 - 60 degrees ..

Is that possible the waist size will even shrink more ?? I don't think I can wear it anymore if the size is becoming 32 .. lol

Anyone have idea where to buy evisu with hand painting gull by online store ?

    thanks before ;-)

Sorry for the late responses. Your posts show up so late because they are moderated.

As far as I know the max shrinkage in the waist is around 2,5". But with wear, the waist will stretch out again. Even to pre-soak measurements. It may not be the best thing to do for the threads and construction but it is possible.
I highly doubt your size 36 will measure 32" after the first wash though.

A wash after 2 months of daily/regular wear is a good decision. It won't stop the "magic process" as Nudie claims it for their jeans and a wash (regular washes) will refresh the denim fibers and make your pair last longer.

There were some Rakuten shops that sold Evisu No.1 denim with hand painted gulls but they are sold out rather fast and are hard to find. Your best bet is to talk to a proxy and let him/her buy you the pair you want from Evisu.jp (Evisu.jp doesn't ship/sell overseas).
That's the way i did it.

I hope I was a bit of help

but maybe Gordon still takes special orders? An e-mail won't hurt. And with the current exchange rate it might be cheaper to order from BiG

I have a few pair of Evisu Genes, most having been bought years ago. However, I recently purchased No.#13 2010 edition in NY @ Bloomingdale's and I found them to be the most comfortable of my collection.
One pair was Selvage, and the tag stated to try not to wash for as long as possible; at the time, I didn't understand it, so I washed them after wearing them twice, and as a result, lost the magic, and have a even fade throughout.
Check out my albums for pictures.

About HK$3750 (Inclusive of painting of the words + washed to fit the tight, waist etc). Given them the measurement so that they will washed accordingly and ensure good fit

I'm not fond of the backpocket painting but maybe it looks better when you actually wear the pair

Nothing worth bragging about yet, roughly 2 weeks give or take into these. They are starting to minor fade around the crotch area. But they are "black souls", I have no clue if these are the best money can buy, but I got them at a good price. They have leather on the inside (back pockets). They are also some of the best detailed jeans I have ever seen.
