Since there is no dedicated thread for Eight-G (just a mentioning in the unknown thread) I decided to start one...

    804-XX W32

Available from Will @AeroLeather in Europe

Denim is slubby! Somewhere between Samurai AI and PBJ AI. The pattern of the denim is loud, not unsimilar to the Eternal 877 - let's see if it fades out over time...

    Pre- and Post-Soak measurements:
    Inseam 35" / 34.5"
    Hem 8.75-9" / 8.75"
    Knee 9.25" / 9.5"
    Thighs 12.75" / 12,5"
    Front Rise 11.75" / 11.75"
    Back Rise 14.5" / 14.25-14.5"
    Waist 33" / 33" (already stretching .25-.25")

    ...sanforized, indeed.

    After a good hot soak...

The woven label on the back pocket had to go! (the red tab had been cut off when the shipped it to AeroLeather.)

(Might consider to take off the arcs as well.)

Will take it to DC4 in Berlin for hemming over the next weekend - fit pictures to follow...

^I just thought the first thing you should do is take the arcs off. the rest looks dope.

    I know, I know...
it can wait untilafter I had them hemmed - quite hesitant about this as I consider branding part of the product identity/integrity. I prefer to believe that a certain amount of creative energy must have gone into the branding concept (design, logo, execution, ...) at one point - taking it off so easily seems disrespectful.

Right, usually I agree, but in this case... Anyway, I saw pics of faded pairs where the arcs became loose, so maybe time will solve this "problem" anyway.

8G makes bomb jeans but those arcs my god.... those arcs are the result of the inbreeding of two gargoyles...

I can not say that I disagree...TG, them arcs can be taken off.

(actually, I do own a few pairs with ridiculous arcs: Toys McCoy, RJB, Take5, Dry Bones, Red Cloud, Eternal, Sugar Cane, and so on...)

Straight, but on the wider side of things.
not sure if you can talk of fit at 30oz. any longer...
tried them on while I was at aeroleathers.
