    Edwin Flathead Jacket

I have just bought an Edwin Flathead jacket. A very lucky find on e-bay. It is a size medium and fits me really well across the shoulders and chest, however the arms and the body of the jacket seem to be disproportionally long. I am guessing that this is to take into account the shrinkage. Does anyone have experience in raw denim jackets, soaking/washing/wearing etc?

Posted these on sufu, but Edwin is underrated there. Good thing the brand get's the attention it deserves in here. Anyhow, these are Ed-47 Organic Green Selvage. Worn for about 1,5 years, like 6-8 washes, I don't know for sure.

    Hi all,

i'm new here but i've got a small question. Since October 2011 i'm wearing a Edwin ED39, but now it's looking like it's a waxed denim on the thighs (it's all shiny and greasy). Can I do a soak so I can get rid of it or will I get colour loss?

    Thanks!

Why would you want to get rid of that?

Yea, a soak will help to reduce the greasy shine without much colour loss. If it bothers you that much, do it.

Because it's looking really dirty and i'm a bit in an shame when the sunlight shines on the denim.

    Thanks for your fast answer!

hi all! I'd like to know something about the size of SEN SKINNY
I remember that for a selvedge an raw model is right for me a size down (I'm a true w32 and I wear a w30 edwin 53503 blue trip), but now I see a pair of sen skinny in selvedge denim but not raw in size w32 and the seller say me that wear like a regular levi's w32.

there are differents between the same model but in different finishing?

    Hey Guys!

Big fan of Nudie Thinn Finn, and I'm on my 3rd pair. However, I've become more interested i Edwin lately, and have been eyeing a pair of ED-80 (Tight fit)

Anyone who has experience with ED-80, and how the fit compares to Thinn Finn?
I wear a 30x32 with Nudie, is the sizing the same with Edwin?

    All the Best, Oscar
