    Easy Emil in Store now!

Tried them on today, but it's not my kind of jeans!
You can wear it straight or loose, just the way you like.

The one we have at my work is the prewashed: licht rich blue.

    Fast freddy is up coming.

Don't know why you can't find those jeans on the nudie website :S (but they really exist)

What do you think about them?

The Fast Freddy looks like it might be a reasonable looser cut, but I have been deceived by pics before on this point...

They do seem to be getting a little lax on the naming scheme.

On this pictures you finally can see that this isn't a real loose cut, as it was told before... This size charts there doesn't really work in my opinion, but the pics do describe this cut very good!

So, comparing the sizing charts on SE for the jeans with about the same actual waist-size...
EE has .5" higher rise than the AJ, all else about equal.
EE has .5" looser hem than the Bengt, all else about equal.

These cuts all seem pretty damn similar, the biggest difference appears to be the tagged size to the actual size...

I don't know...the difference in the leg opening is closer to 0.7", adjusting for the half size difference in the BB and EE, the cuts also differ significantly in the top block, with the BB having a high yolk and back pockets, and then the leg is a sharp taper. The EE has a longer yolk, and lower pocket placement, although it does seem very similar to the AJ.

Nice to see some more cuts in the dry navy organic - I can't tell at the moment due to sun on the computer screen, but I assume thats the same denim used on the AJONEs, in which case, it has a nice color/feel for Nudie denim.

Well it seems like the names of the cuts are gravitaying towards sexual inuendo more and more.

Yeah, next thing you know, they'll have a cut called the Playboy Peter, or some other such BS.

I could litterally downsize 4 from my measured 34" to their tagged 30.

I really don't get this cut, it seems the same idea as average joe. Straight and not loose or baggy..
And Easy Emil .. lol does sound like a slut's nickname or something..and then Fast Freddy..ROFL?!

But the thing is, both are male names

"The name Emil or Emile is a male given name, deriving from the latin Aemilius of the gens Aemilia. The female given name is Emily"
    -Wikipedia

Easy Emil...I guess easy going emil...instead of an 'easy' female rofl.
But Fast Freddy...lets just keep it 'G' rated, afterall theres little kids playing tonka trucks on the nudie tags while some chick is oven baking stuff.
Thinking too much over denim names haha.

P.S. Big Bengt could be something diry too...

This is from an interview Dr. House posted a while back with Joel Lindefors from Nudie:

"16) Who is your current favourite denim icon (male & female). I am thinking the person who has the most denim style?
Emil that works with our customer service."

I'm gonna guess that they are naming the new cuts after people who work there.

We got the EE also in our shop.

It is the first nudie we got in a 36 length.

first we only got g-star in 36 length now nudie.
i think it is better !

Don't forget that we're talkin' about a swedish company- Bengt was f.e. a popular name overthere in earlier years. I think you guyz spend more time thinking about those names than nudie did...
And yeah, Emil (Engström) from Nudie is a very nice guy (if they named EE after him or whatever)...;-)
