Just curious to see if there's any overlap in the denim/fitness communities...
I never exercise. I am out of shape. I am fat. oh and alive.
The only exercise I do is jerking off. Burns off some calories, I heard.
I also never exercise..... My condition is bad... but i'm still skinny as f*ck...
I run a few k a day, 4/5 days a week, pump some iron and try to keep myself fit.
I play football occasionally and go to the gym 2 times a week on average (poor effort). Oh, and I walk a fair bit.
I've been fitter, it has to be said. It's hard when I work crazy hours in the office and enjoy getting shitfaced at the weekend.

nope. except in the winter, i basically snowboarding almost everyday
I've found a greater influence to be from diet. However, I've tended to exercise a couple of times each week. Running 2-3 miles, then some lifting of myself in different manners.
HellYea! I love racking up miles. Get in about about 35-40 miles a week. However i dont lose weight cause i eat like a pig after my run haha. Probably consuming about 3000 calories for 5'9 130 lbs body lol.
Okay, I was kidding on my earlier post.
I ride bikes daily. Road/Mountain/Commuting.
Swimming. Fresh and sea water.
Tarmac and trail running.
Biking, hiking and camping whenever there's a long weekend.
Occasionally sea kayaking.
And I eat a lot. I love food. Good food.
Gym 3-4x a week, if my job allows it. (not pumping, just a little compensation for sitting all day). i go there by bike or with my longboard.
Skating: to the gym, on the weekend, some evenings, if the weather is fine.
Soccer: 1x a week with a team from my job
Hiking & Mountainbiking: on holidays, at my parent's house (too seldom, though)
Climbing: not very often, but I tr to do it more often.
To prevent getting healthy: junkfood and whisky. Good whisky.
I used to, but stopped recently.
This and job 6 days/7 and getting up early in the morning (5:45) did not go along well.
Since ditching the job is not an option, exercise was discarded instead. :/
That's bad. It's a point of priorities. I am also on job from 8-18, but being single gives me the opportunity to do some sports (and maybe hereby increase my chances of not being single anymore. And no, I am not talking about meeting hairy bodybuilders).
Sometimes. Swim and Play badminton. Do weights and run occasionally.
I also longboard to work if the weather let me; since I live in Holland I bike when going out and sometimes to work also. Love powerkiting and now in busy learning kitesurf... Hikes are also part of my leisure time, always with my beloved dogs.
One of the easiest most effective ways to lose weight, besides eating healthy, is exercising. A trouble-free exercise that we engage in is walking. Walking for about an hour at least once a day can speed up your heart rate, which will enable you to burn more calories. I just recently started doing this and I feel a lot better. I also bought these sneakers that have a built in weight in them which helps me burn more calories.
finally started going to the gym again...after a pause of almsot 2years
if i can i go 3times a week, every 2nd day...
