Oh, you mean tag size 27?
check by yourself
aren't they nice?
XX-type, taken from Denime homepage
Yeah, the colour looks nice. But I don't know, are these the new ones? The fade different than old Denimes I've seen. And I prefer those.
Some impressions of my Denime XX type
Normal colored rivet
And I found the detail my 1951XX also has. Selvage pocket bags?
ice closeups. Those worn in denimes look great!

big back pockets
leather like paper patch (my first)

The fit of my new Denime 502.
Size 34 (SDO)
I sad it before - I really like the fit.
Nice fit and great detail shots!
Some more pictures of the new Denime 66XX
Rounded rivets (AFAIK that's a 66 detail but wasn't featured on the old 66XX)
No V stitch (like it should/could)
Chainstitched coin pocket
No hidden rivets
Denime's golden selvage lamé
Oh, it's hairier than I thought. Nice.
What's the V stitch for?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's a detail that older jeans had and the 66 didn't. So a repro should as well. (But I'm guessing a bit).
You are correct. AFAIK it's a stitching that secures the top button and is shaped as a V. You can see it on many repro jeans. And as MaxPower said it changed in the 60s-70s on Levi's 501.
Some brands use it nearly on all of their jeans (check your 710 Flo!)
I did as i wrote  I recall my Momos and LVC having a V-Stich as well. but then, lately I lose as much braincells as hair, so i might be wrong.
Thanks for explanation
PBJ does it too.
Fit update after 2 weeks of wear
again, perfect fit. How's the overall impression so far?
I have the feeling they fade rather fast from what I remember from my old pair. Denim starts to soften up. I really like the "perfect" inseam length. I really like them (except for the button fly)
