Can someone help me see if these are Authentic? So I just received these Nudie Thin Finn Dry Stretch jeans, perfect size/fit, but having looked at the details upclose...they are starting to look kinda fishy. Can someone please let me know your thoughts about theses? 1) I think the back pocket corner stitch is different? 2) The white tab inside the jeans has "Thin Finn Organic Dry ECRU EMBO"? 3) The inner pocket printing is different? These are my first Nudies so I'm really not too sure...but the denim is pretty nice - that's for sure. If these are fake, I'm gonna take it up with the local seller here (He claims these are really old stock......). THANK YOU~!! P.S. Sorry about the messed up title, was talking to someone at the same time when I was typing...... DUH~~ (can a mod assist to change the title of the thread? I can't do it in my edit mode.) Front Back YKK Zipper Belt Loop stitch Inner pocket print Inner material label Size tab Paper Tag Leather Tag Leg Stitch Lock Back Pocket stitch
we have already a bunch of "is this fake?"-threads... well...they are fake - ecru embo should have a white/ecru Nudie swong on the back pockets - the text on the inner bag pocket must be the worst English I've ever read... - title of the bag pocket text is for the Lab Selvage line...your pair isn't part of the Lab line
Have to agree with BF. The language/spelling on the inner bag pocket is horrible. Nudie would NEVER EVER let that happen. Silver buttons, No. Selvage, No. FAKE FAKE FAKE. Go back and throw them in your sellers face and demand a refund.
I'm convinced these are fake too... But to discuss for the benefits of the others. 1) The button and rivets are actually dark silver/grey, my crappy yellow lights made it look gold 2) The inner pocket text is SO WRONG 3) The material label is for a pair of TFODEE and not the TFDS I have 4) The swong is of the right color for TFDS, white is for TFODEE. Am I missing anything else?
^right. Besides, if they were an old stock, they would have another patch with red lettering Nudie Jeans and just a nudie patch on the backpocket instead of just nudie. These points will nail your dealer.
Oh and a few additional points: The bar tack stitching on the back pockets look way off (the angle of which it was stitched is off and so is the length) The nudie swing stitching just looks fake and so does the backpocket stitching The leather patch is very badly sewn onto the jeans The inside of the rivets should not be highlighted in white (that says nudie jeans co) I have touched and seen enough nudies to tell that those are fake
So I threw these back at the seller, of course...gave me the run around about different batches, history of Nudie and blah blah blah.....showed him the flaws one by one and he ended up refunding me the amount. Thanks guys!!!!
There seems to be a lot of these coming out of Lithuania with a 29 inch inside leg, are these authentic? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200901562699?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 Thanks
