    For the interested:

    Broken Twill means:

A denim fabric weave first used by Wrangler in 1964 in their jeans style 13MWZ.
The diagonal weave of the twill is intentionally interrupted to form a random design. Used prominently in the 1980's by designer jeans brands like Sasson, Jordache and Calvin Klein with their dark prewash jeans and of course originally made famous by Wrangler.

It is dry. They use broken twill for the original Slim Jim too but the dye looks different. The Dry Muchacho looks more blue as I believe they redcast the SJ.

Oh ok, then I am curious how it will look like. But it comes close to my dream Ola Selvage, hehe. Will it be limited, will it come in a box? When will the aliens finally destroy earth?

PS: "It is a broken twill and more of a vintage blue dye" sounds for me as they would take a Greycast und would rename it, just to make the poeple buy it.

I don't think they are limited and they do not come in a box. The price will be the same as the original BO.

Ok, thank you very much. Then let's wait. But I guess I will get them in 29/34 or 29/36 as Ola connected with a havier dry denim is the best idea Nudie had since a long time.

I couldn't agree more. A heavier Ola will almost definately be my next denim purchase.

I don't know if they can make a Bootcut Ola Selvage!? I think the outseam needs to the straight to make selvage.

This if off topic but to answer your other point......try Straight Sven Flame Dry Selvage that you can discuss here:

Many people told me that an Ola can't come in selvage, but the Ralfs also have a bootcut, hehe. No idea.

I finally want pictures of the Muchacho. :?

The ralf bootcut shape occurs on the inseam... I wonder if its the same with the Olas? I know with my FGs it would be totally impossible.

Yes the outseam of the Ralf is straight. People should check it out if the ola is straight at the outseam too. But I don't think so.

you CAN make bootcut and flare selvage jeans. just look at the Japanese brand Skull Jeans and Fullcount. The selvage just gets cut off towards the bottom when it flares because selvage is cut on a straight line (you can still see it higher up on the leg).

plus, i think nudie thinks it would be a waste of money to produce more bootcut jeans because you have to cut off the selvage, thus you can't see it, and people like to fold em up and show off the selvage.

here's a pair of skulls (coincidentally, with the selvage still on it. however I KNOW i've seen a japanese brnad that had the selvage cut off) bc it was more flared http://www.rakuten.co.jp/hinoya/187720/188559/
