if he wants traditional big bengt fit size one down. if he wants tight fit go two. also they are not the fastest at fading. make sure he knows that. a lot of my friends bought denim thinking it would be a cinch to see progress. but these take a while. he'll have dark jeans for upwards of 10 months.

He could try on the new Organic Bengt if he wants something that fades a little faster.

Big Bengt's seem like they are very baggy, from the fit guide.

compared to even steven would you say that the top is more roomy and is the bottom more or less tapered/tight than the legs of even steven

they aren't that baggy. especially if you size down. perfect fit for guys who don't have chicken legs.

Tried on the Lab Big Bengt's in Sweden, in the Nudie Store this weekend. For someone with muscular thighs , jeans with a roomy thigh, tapered leg (perfect for sitting on my Superga's) and with Selvedge detail is just a perfect fit.

Also tried them previously at Oipolloi - just quality! Im convinced on them now....but 1799 SEK or around £150 just seems a little too steep....

Here are my measurements: waist 31.5 inches thighs 24 inches in girth inseam 30-32 inches Thanks to anyone that can help me and I dont like my jeans to be skin tight.

Get the big bengt dry heavy 1 size from your true measured waist. The room for the thighs is pretty generous on the bengts.

I usually wear 34/32 AJ's, but i'm looking for something more tight at my feet..

Is this a good alternative, or are they different at top from the AJ's?

    What is a yolk?

    thx!

^well then i think you're fine with taking a BB!

would size down 1 size in waist and then you're fine.

also got a AJ in 34/32 and a BB in 33/32 (prewash; never worn and in market place!)...
