Haha, I used to keep my keys in my right pocket. But I found the fading too fast and a bit ugly. Now I keep them in my coin pocket, you can see a LOT of fading on that too already.
Thanks by the way man, I think about washing them in February. :)

jtl, do you have pics of them? I'm wondering how they look.

    yes we all should.

i think the fading on mine is developing a little quicker the past weeks. the slubby yarns on my thighs are getting a lot lighter and they got a lot more dirty because of some partying..

(When I bought mine I didn't know about buying them a size smaller, because of the stretching. So you could say I wear them a bit baggy)

    no, not really mentionable.

i think the crotch ripping thing is because how everyone wear their sj - quite low. i however wear em higher, therefor the crotch part doesn't rub as much to the legs as if i'd wear them lower. i've had another sj before this one, wore it more than a year and no problems at all.

thats what i think at least..

I also wear them pretty low too, and there's plenty of crotch fading here. I keep trying to take pictures but i never have time.

I sized down bad. Got confused after buying my finns in a 28, so I bought Jims in a 29 - ball breakingly tight. Thats why I got a rip so quick.

My repair seems to actually be tearing at the edge, just saw that today, so I'll take a break while I'm fixing them. Thinking of washing some time soon.

Aside from that, my button also ended up falling out. The denim ended up just making a large hole where the button was because it was under so much stress.

    Morale of the story? Measure.

I bought a new button a put it on about a cm across from the old one, they fit much nicer now. Doesn't hurt any more:p
