Took me about 2 hours.....

I hope that it will get softer, the cloth is still a bit hard. Any tips to make it softer?

^^ I would agree on the innovative factor. Kudos to you soompi.
With softening the cloth... maybe try and give it a wash with detergent with fabric softener and then put it in a dryer instead of hanging them dry. Usually does the job for me.
