We all know this happens. A reputable brand, the likes of which we clothe ourselves with, somewhat disappoints us when something freaking breaks on them after we haven't even owned them for a very long time.

So here's my first contribution.. The old zip and its replacement, an embarrassing key ring. (Sorry for such a crappy photo)

"Sweet Jesus," you might say, "your beloved W+H sneakers?" yeah, my goddamn W+H sneakers.

Now, don't get presumptuous! I still revere W+H like a young brave does his grand chieftan! But god dammit the ****ing zipper!!

I'm sorry about your sneakers - they're really cool.
Basically as soon soon as you discover a serious fault you should contact the shop.

Looking at the date should have been enough for you. After nearly 4 years is no warranty left, donĀ“t you think?
