Hello, I have a pair of tapered jeans that I would like to make more straight from the knee and down. I am planning to open the outseam and re-stitch it a little wider. Does anyone have suggestions on what is the best way to do this? Has anyone done it before?

I wonder if there's enough denim on the inside to make them more straight than tapered... :? maybe a risky operation...

I shall do exactly the opposite with a pair of Levis :) Make them tapered instead of straight :P If you do it, take a before and after pic and let us see it!

Yes, I know there is not much denim so it will be hard....but I don't mind if they look crazy. :D
