How to use loose cut snus?

try to quit smoke cause dont wanna hurt my lung anymore so let friend brought me 4 rolls loose cut snus from sweden and a porttioner. doesnt know how to use, better some pics for guild. and are there any tips to keep them fresh? many thx..........................
