N00b who needs advice on streciness

My finns and 29. The waist is fine i wear them low. My thigs are fine too...but i want the length of my knees to the end to strech more. They are to tight for my calves. I need suggestion on what to do to strech them on the bottem length. ALSO...i plan to wear them when i wash them weather i do a sea wash or bath wash. What can i do for my wash that would make sure it wouldn't shrink to much but also having an amazing fading effect?

I came across that problem aswell, with the to snug fit around the calves.. I haven't tried it yet but i think it might work. Try shove a big 2 liters coke bottle or something down the legs and keep it there over the night :)
