Strange thing i noticed here is the top tag says Thinn Finn so thin is written with double n :?
Would Nudie make that kinda mistake, or is it not a genuine Nudie :?:

my girlfriends thin finn has 2% (it's a dry stretch)... and i too doubt if the first tag is legit... maybe it's a sample..?

it's also odd that the tag does not have the nudie logo

I bought the top ones from the nudie shop in Melbourne so you would expect them to be genuine. The bottom ones were bought off the net, from a european location so maybe those are the samples, anyway the quality between the two is consistant. Both come with booklets and both appear exactly the same . maybe the differences in tags can be explained by where they came from.
The real question here is do nudies make jeans out of a 97/3 mix now??

I think the this tag difference was discussed somewhere else. If I remember correctly, the first tag you listed is the more rare one and was only made for a short time. I guess you are lucky you scored a rare Nudie.

I have also a thin(n) finn, bought at Zoovillage in 2005 and this one has also the white tag with double"n".

Thanks for all the replys, but does anyone know the answer to the real question, is the composition of the denim different now, ie 97/3 % compared to 98/2 %.

Mine is the bottom tag, but its 2% el not 3%.
I got it about 1 a week ago.
i believe less elastic means better solid stretching, hence better whiskers and honeycombs which also means better fade?

it depends on the wash... ie oscar dark worn = 3% stretch, cool grey = 2% stretch...

But both of the finns shown above are dry, maybe nudie just uses whatever denim it has lying around 2% 3%, whatever.

The limited kids jeans Nudie made have the same "logo" and layout on the tab.
