As there is a new Bond film out - whats your favourite James Bond movie?

I love Live and Let Die - cheesy 70's camp comedy (i mean check out Roger Moore's safari suit). The best theme song.

1. The Great Silence. Bleakly poetic snowbound spaghetti Western from the Dark Prince of the genre, Sergio Corbucci. Starring Jean-Louis Trintignan and Klaus Kinski.

2. GoodFellas

2. Lawrence of Arabia ('No prisoners!)

4. The Last Detail ('I AM the motherf?????g shore patrol, motherf****r! 'I AM the motherf?????g shore patrol!)

5. Withnail & I ('I feel like a pig shat in my head!)

6. Companeros. Franco Nero and Tomas Mililan in a sweetly funny Corbucci spagwest.

7. Duck You Sucker! OK, dodgy accents from both Rod Steiger and James Coburn but the great Morricone score keys the melancholy mood of Leone's Mexican Revolution epic.

8½. I'm a big Fellini fan. also enjoy Hitchcock, Bergman and Herzog alot. but If I had to watch one movie then die. I'd go for 8½ or perhaps Cries and Whispers by Bergman...just to get that death anxiety I might be lacking... or not... god I've never felt so mortal as the credits rolled for that one...
