Acne jeans

yesterday i felt that i was in need of a new pair of jeans... since i only own one pair. so i bought these acne max raw. they are really like.. stiff. it seems impossible to break these. anybody owns a pair?

that's the one i bought. not me wearing them though. i paid 999 swedish kronor. that's about $126. i think the most expensive ones are $164.

I must interject that I recently bought ACNE MIC in the BLACK TRASH wash. The fit is INCREDIBLE, the denim is sooooo soft, but the construction is not half as good as NUDIES. In fact, the front pocket rivet had an extra "male" end on the inside that was jutting out-----like a nail sticking out of a piece of wood. I didn't notice at the store, but it hurt like hell when I took it home. I took some pix, but they are blurry. I took out the extra male end of the rivet w/ pliers and snapped the rivet together and they are fine now. But can't imagine nudies having such a glaring manufacturing error. YIKES!

I paid $200 american for em, too!

Yes ofcourse you can break these.
Raw stands for "otv?ttade" if you didn't know that. Just start to wear them several months:)

this one's almost like the slim jim... except for the tapering these jeans have. i think this is as tight as it gets with acne. i'll post pictures like.. tomorrow.

You can try the women-models. (Hex for example) They are tighter.

there will be a new fit this season called mix.. you can watch it at the "inseason" page at acnejeans.com. it's more tight than max.. kind of like slim kim i imagine since max is like slim jim.. i have a pair of mic(which is quite slim and straight) rigid which i've worn for more or less 6 months.. will wash after about 9 because they've stretched quite a bit and have stretched much over the ass and thighs :P

are you sure that mix is tighter than max? I think that mix is just max with a higher rise.

I really do not think that the models/pics that Acne uses on the site does not do thier jeans justice. I bought a pair of SJ Dry to accompnat my RRDG. But I wish I got Max Cash.

there is a lot of difference. a sz 30 max has maybe a 17cm leg opening while a sz 30 moc has maybe a 21cm leg opening and is a straight leg. moc also has a higher front and back rise.

moc is definitely not like slim jim, maybe like straight sven or regular ralf.

I?m about to buy a pair of Acne Max Raw Jeans. I'm usually about 31 or 32 in waist, and I tried a pair of 31 waist Acne Max Raws, and they were almost crazy tight on me. So I'm wondering that do they stretch like the most of the other raw jeans do, or should I just take them one size bigger?

I think about buying a max raw or max fletch but I don't know which size to get.
I wear a 27 in Nudie dry Flare Glenn and a 27 and sometimes 28 in Slim Jim and a 25 in APC New Standard. but I have to say that I have really really skinny legs.

so which size would you guys recommend me?

i am 30/32 in rr,sj and bo, all fits like a pair of glove. so does max cash in 30/32. hope it helps :wink: the wasit size of sj in 30 is almost the same as 30 max cash. acne max is way tighter on the leg, though.

hey tob sorry i dont have any ruler. if you want i can make pics comparison. both my max and sj is 30/32 and since is new condition, so they aint strech at all.

I could get a max raw now for 150 euro.... but I don't want another extremly tapered jeans since I already have a JR Cali.

I called the German Acne store in Berlin and they told me that the raw cost 140 euro + 10 euro for shipping! I also thought that it's pretty expensive for a non selvage dry jeans.....
